Jeremiah Giwa-daramola
managing director at Monarch Adekayaja Entertainment
I am a Civil Engineering graduate, project manager, and social innovator with extensive experience in youth development, agricultural innovation, and digital transformation. Currently, I serve as Nigeria Country Lead for the AfCFTA Youth Champions Fellowship and as CEO of The House of Ecclessia, a values-driven NGO dedicated to equipping purpose-driven individuals across sectors.
Over the years, I have led impactful initiatives with organizations such as DL4ALL, MINDTHEGAP, and ONTHEJOB, and driven transformation projects with the Abia State Civil Service Commission. My work at Monarch Adekayaja Farms integrates market linkage, climate action, and agricultural technology for sustainable growth.
As a mentor, I focus on guiding young leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals to discover clarity of purpose, develop practical skills, and align vision with execution. My mentoring style is values-based, hands-on, and supportive, ensuring mentees not only gain knowledge but also confidence to thrive in their chosen paths.
I am particularly interested in mentoring youths and entrepreneurs in the fields of development, agriculture, project management, and trade, helping them unlock opportunities and create sustainable impact.
