Hey. I'm Ivan

A bit on my background. I started back in 2008 at Yandex as a frontend engineer and did my way to a team-leader, then head of Service and then head of Department.

Later on in 2020 I moved with my family to London to join Facebook. I've managed to build a smooth onboarding process, created significant impact for the projects I contributed to and got "Exceeds Expectations" rating at my latest performance review.

As I had both engineering and management experience I will be happy to give perspective for both areas.
