Ishwarya Balamurugesan

I am an experienced passionate product manager who has discovered where my passion lies after so many rejections and failures in my early years when I had chosen a career out of peer pressure. This transition was utmost challenging being a woman, a mother and as a migrant in a foreign country, having to firefight against so many societal and personal development challenges and hurdles.

I would consider this journey a blessing in disguise as I have learned such valuable lessons which even a successful and smooth journey would not have taught me. I would like to give back to my community and people like me who are transitioning to product management or graduates making career choices on what suits them the best through this mentoring program.
