I have been a Leadership Coach and Organisation Culture consultant for over 25 years and prior to that about 17 years of corporate experience helping build business and teams. I currently work with a lot of senior leaders and CxOs in executive 1-1 coaching as well as in Culture Building. My current clients include the L&T Group in India, the Tata Group in India, Apple Partners in India. One of the most underestimated and under acknowledged space in business building is in the area of Culture, Beliefs, Values which drive individual & team behaviour which in turn directly influences business outcomes. My expertise is in this area. The mentee who will benefit from me will be the person who understands the impact of this invisible force and is keen to invest / work on that.
