Through my personal and professional experiences, I have learned that solving problems is usually accomplished by changing one's own views, attitude, and behavior, and that one rarely needs to look externally. The answer lies within ourselves, if we are willing to look for it.

Besides my little family and my job, I love to read, do sports (Basketball and Yoga) and just laze around.
