I'm currently working as a Data Staff at PT Bank Mestika Dharma, Tbk., with a background in chemical engineering and experience as a Junior Process Engineer. I transitioned into data because I enjoy solving problems and making decisions based on insights. I can support mentees who are looking to shift careers, break into the data field, or grow in business intelligence roles.
