Over the past 15+ years, I’ve built and scaled products, led cross-functional teams, and coached founders through growth and change. No matter the role, clear communication has been the throughline—aligning teams, clarifying strategy, and helping people do their best work.
Today, I run a consultancy focused on helping startups move faster and make better decisions. I also write and speak about product thinking and leadership.
