I work with individuals, start up, scale up companies who want to drive growth by making the customer the arbiter of success. I mentor both individual product managers and businesses who want to build product teams that are both high performing and, most importantly, fulfilling to work in.

I was four years a senior director of product management at Barclays, building teams and products with responsibility for digital current accounts, savings and insurance portfolio and among the products I delivered from end to end was the UK's first mobile onboarding journey. Previously, at Klarna, I led the development of new international lines and product market fit for entry into the UK market; at World First I led international development strategy for their SME FX platform, including a launch into India, and post-Brexit European growth. At Thomas Cook I headed up digital transformation of their European websites leading to double digit conversion increases and launched an industry-first instalment payment offering. In the Visa Innovation team, I led the merchant-focussed team for the delivery of Visa Checkout, in a team that scaled from 6 to over 100.
