Kia ora! With over 22 years of experience in the technology industry, I bring a uniquely Kiwi and Indian perspective to the world of engineering, people management and leadership. I’ve worked across multiple sectors in London—ranging from startups to well-established insurance and fintech organisations—holding a mix of permanent and consultancy roles. My foundation lies in testing and quality engineering, but my career has evolved into people-centric engineering leadership.

As a hiring manager and senior leader, I have a strong track record of recruiting, growing, and developing individuals and teams. I’m passionate about building high-performing, inclusive teams that reflect the richness of our communities. I firmly believe that diversity drives innovation and that strong teams are built on trust, empathy, and collaboration—values I carry from my New Zealand roots.

Currently, I’m exploring a new chapter in my career—focusing on coaching, mentoring, and supporting others to achieve their best, while I personally navigating an adult ADHD diagnosis. I’m excited to bring my experience and perspective to a broader range of challenges and opportunities.
