I've over 20 years working in the tech industry and non profit space. I'm a mental health advocator and I'm passionate about leadership, coaching and mentoring. I'm a certified coach with Neuroscience and currently upskilling as an EMCC Coach and Mentor.

I work as an Leadership and Mindset Coaching and I believe in looking at the whole person, head, heart and gut and helping people find their path through what's in them. I'm obsessed with learning and love to grow and learn from others. My dream is for people to realise their true potential and to live the best version of themselves each and every day with confidence and gratitude.
