Hello! I’m Deepa Lamba, a professional psychologist and counsellor with over five years of dedicated experience. My passion lies in guiding individuals through various personal and professional challenges, with specialisations in relationship counselling, career guidance, ADHD management, stress management, anxiety, inner child healing, and depression.
In addition to my work as a counsellor, I serve as a spiritual guide and meditation tutor, integrating mindfulness and inner peace into my practice. This holistic approach allows me to support my clients not only through traditional psychological methods but also by fostering spiritual well-being.
Furthermore, as a leadership coach, I help emerging and established leaders enhance their emotional intelligence and strategic thinking, empowering them to lead with confidence and empathy.
I am also the founder and director of a non-governmental organization dedicated to mental health awareness and support. Through this platform, I aim to raise public awareness about mental health issues, provide accessible counselling services, and advocate for holistic approaches to mental health that incorporate both psychological and spiritual practices. Additionally, I have been running a non-profit organization named Planet Earth for the past four years, working on environmental and mental health issues, and promoting sustainable and conscious living.
