My experience includes both agency and internal recruitment, working within boutique businesses, a global matrix organisation, and tech scale-up. I have experience working the full recruitment cycle across many business areas including both technical and commercial roles, working with stakeholders up to SVP / C level. I have also been involved in several projects relating to DE&I, interview training and global mobility processes.

Currently I am working at an exciting tech scale up in the wedding industry!
