As a former Commercial Director for one of Brazil’s largest education groups, I trained and mentored hundreds of managers and sales professionals, many of whom went on to become top national performers. Today, I work as a Sales and Leadership Coach, combining my background in business and psychoanalysis to help professionals gain clarity, confidence, and consistency in achieving high performance. I believe leadership starts with self-awareness — and my greatest fulfillment comes from seeing people grow beyond what they once thought possible.
