I'm Carlo. A director/executive-level professional with 25 years experience, specialising in Enterprise Portfolio, Programme and Project management, Business Transformation, Strategic Planning, IT Service Management and Banking Operations.

I have excellent leadership, interpersonal communication, presentation, organising and influencing skills, with a proven track record of building teams, capabilities, and technology to deliver business strategy in complex environments across multiple countries, cultures and time zones with remote, onsite, permanent and contracted teams.

My strategy and vision draw on deep entrepreneurial roots where I have built and worked in multiple start-ups. Commercially switched on, I bring divergent, creative and entrepreneurial thinking together with Executive Corporate Change Expertise to enable transformation.
