With 37 years of experience in senior leadership roles across Europe and internationally, I am now dedicated to supporting senior executives through pivotal moments in their careers. As a former CFO and experienced leader in complex, transformational environments (Veolia, Post Office UK), I bring deep insights into career transitions, overcoming professional setbacks, and navigating life-changing challenges. My experience includes setting up and developing three startups and leading teams and transformation programmes across the manufacturing, retail, energy, utilities and technology sectors.
Having faced significant personal challenges, including two cancer diagnoses, multiple relocations, and career shifts, I’ve developed a resilience-driven approach to mentoring.
