- Don’t build a product or feature if you can avoid building it
- For a typical SaaS product - most of the pieces are available out-of-the-box like identity, notifications etc
- In the initial stages - try to be super fast - be scrappy - use design systems out there and whitelabel(integrate) non-core offerings like calendar alerts(for a project management SaaS)
- sell the new product or feature with Figma designs and prototypes to get early feedback
- B2B end users know lot more than what we think
