Beth Kimathi

I am Dr. Beth Mukiri Kimathi, a Kenyan entrepreneur, trainer, and social development consultant with over 17 years of experience supporting women, youth, and MSMEs to grow sustainable businesses and improve livelihoods. My career has been dedicated to advancing financial inclusion and social impact through innovative enterprise solutions, capacity building, and mentorship.
I currently serve as a Director at Edenbridge Capital Ltd, a social impact financial institution providing tailored solutions to women, youth, and MSMEs, and as CEO of Peta Consulting Ltd, where I lead entrepreneurship training, coaching, and advisory programs. I also sit on the board of Jawabu Tracking Ltd and am the founding Director of Programs at Inspire Action Africa, an NGO that champions women’s and girls’ rights and economic empowerment across Africa.
As a mentor, I bring both technical expertise and lived experience in building inclusive enterprises, navigating leadership, and scaling impactful initiatives. I have trained and mentored thousands of entrepreneurs, particularly young people and women, and I thrive on helping others unlock their potential, overcome challenges, and pursue growth with confidence. I believe in mentorship as a two-way process, and I am equally open to learning from diverse perspectives and experiences.
