Hello everyone,
never easy to describe yourself in a couple of words but lets try.
I am widely travelled and fluent in 5 languages including chinese. Having been working for consultancies and inhouse for the last 10 years I am have moved on to beining my own boss.
What has always interested me more than anything is Change - changing myself, creating change in organizations and projects and positively working on the resistance that naturally evolves.
I am working in a coaching process - firmly believing that we already have the answer within us - just that we never took that road with our thoughts. Up to now ;)
