In my previous roles as a Math Teacher, After School Tutor, Counselor and beyond, I was responsible for developing and enforcing classroom rules, assessing and evaluating student's abilities, and preparing students for standardized testing. My experience is rooted in a student-centered teaching philosophy, where I focused on fostering a supportive and disciplined learning environment. I am adept at creating standards-aligned lesson plans that not only prepare students for academic benchmarks but also inspire a love for learning. My strong interpersonal strengths have allowed me to collaborate with teachers and staff to create cohesive and effective cross-curricular projects.
