I’m a senior Learning & Development professional with over 18 years of experience across industries including insurance, banking, IT, and consulting. My expertise lies in Organizational Development, Leadership Development, and Human Process Work. I’ve led large-scale learning transformations, designed competency-based assessment centers, built leadership pipelines, and facilitated over 100+ behavioural interventions for diverse audiences—from front-line sales teams to CXOs.

Currently, I’m focused on facilitating Human Process Labs and coaching professionals through deep self-awareness journeys. I’m certified in Transactional Analysis and T-Group facilitation and hold several industry certifications in psychometric assessments and behavioral facilitation.
