Hi everyone! I'm Ausra, a Leadership Breakthrough Mentor who believes everyone deserves a career that lights them up.

Almost 25 years I have worked in a Corporate World as Head of Human Resources, later as Chief People Officer. I am also a co-founder of the Boutique Institute of Leadership, a leadership development company, supporting my professional journey.

I'm a Certified as an Executive Coach and Career Coach in the United States, Top 100 Global Women Mentor.

My work is rooted in deep self-leadership, and creating space for meaningful change from within.

I live in Lithuania and Spain.
