Ana Minari

I'm currently working at LinkedIn as a Marketing Consultant. I'm also a volunteer since 2022 in for the Social Impact program where I coach and help job seekers to optimize their LinkedIn Profiles. I was recognized for being one of the Top 20 Coaches in Dublin's office for my work.

I have over seven years of experience in Customer Success and four years of experience in Digital Marketing industry. In my current role, I also own the definition and operational rollout of LMS standard operating procedures, and I coordinate with the Product, Product Marketing, and Product Support teams to ensure solid communication and feedback on process, policy, and product. I am passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and value, and I am always looking for opportunities to learn new skills and improve my performance.

I'm graduated from the Inner MBA program in Conscious Leadership. I also hold a certificate in Digital Marketing from Rathmines College and Bachelor Degree in Social Communication (BA). I am fluent in Portuguese and English.
