Hi, I'm Alla.
I'm a backend developer with a background in QA. I have experience changing career directions and moving countries, so I know firsthand how challenging — and exciting — big changes can be. I also balance my work with family and raising a small kid.

I work in a medium-size solar energy company, have experience working for Fintech startups and my tech stack is Java-related.

I would like to help people find their place in tech and make it a more welcoming place, especially for women and anyone who might not always see themselves represented here.

As a mentor, I’m happy to share what I’ve learned, answer your questions, and just be someone in your corner as you figure things out.
