  2. 2

    Add New Resource

Click "+ Add Resource" and provide:

    • • Title and description
    • • URL or file upload
    • • Category and skill level
    • • Your personal notes (optional)

Best Practices

Add Context

Include a note explaining why you're recommending this resource and how it relates to the mentee's goals

Quality Over Quantity

Curate carefully. A few highly relevant resources are better than overwhelming mentees with dozens

Update Regularly

Remove outdated resources and add new ones as the industry evolves

Specify Time Commitment

Let mentees know if a resource takes 10 minutes or 10 hours to complete

Follow Up

Ask mentees if they found shared resources helpful and adjust future recommendations
